La communauté Asterion, c’est 800 "operating angels" : CEO et C-Levels de la tech française qui investissent et s’engagent à aider à hauteur d’une heure par mois les startups financées. Asterion intervient en tant que lead ou co-lead investor. En syndiquant les intérêts des operating angels dans un unique véhicule, nous agissons en tant qu’actionnaire “evergreen” de référence de la start up, afin d’apporter un capital patient. Asterion est ainsi en situation de défendre au mieux l’intérêt de chaque operating angel, des fondateurs et du projet vis à vis des futurs fonds entrants. Autre singularité d’Asterion : l’investissement dans des startups impact créées par des primo-entrepreneurs. Elles s’appellent Clearfashion, EverDye ou encore Weefin, sont entreprises à mission (ou sur le point de l’être) et ont défini dans leurs statuts une mission d’impact social ou environnemental ainsi que des indicateurs pour mesurer leurs impacts. Avec 12 startups financées en tant que lead investor et un nouveau véhicule d’investissement, nous ambitionnons dans les 5 prochaines années d’accompagner 100 startups en early stage pour devenir l’un des 5 VC impact et climate tech de référence en Europe.
