In partnership with Empire State Development, the Accelerate NY Seed Fund supports science and technology-based early stage ventures located in Downstate New York. Investment Eligibility • Business recently formed • Emerging Technology (as defined by NY state tax code) • Pre-Revenue • Less than $500K in invested capital (equity, debt, other) • No money from an institutional investor (equity, debt, other) • Principal Place of Business: New York City, Long Island, Mid-Hudson Valley (Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster, & Westchester counties)
