Our Private Equity business: Abénex makes control equity investments between €10 million and €100 million in French and European small and mid-cap businesses, either as a control minority or majority shareholder. Enterprise value ranges from €30m to €300m and portfolio companies' revenue from €10m to €500m. Our Private Equity track-record: - 71 completed transactions (MBO, MBI, LMBO, OBO, Capital Development...) - 6 successful public-to-private transactions - €8.0+ billion of buy-outs and development capital transactions completed since 1992 Our impact: our dedicated Operational Team are resource to portfolio companies, partnering closely with management teams, providing expert assistance and helping companies implement projects that create deep and long-lasting value for their business.
