HISTORY: The idea behind WorkFusion was conceived in 2010 by CEO Max Yankelevich and CTO Andrew Volkov following research at MIT's Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence Lab (CSAIL) wherein crowd workers were engaged through machine learning to detect fraud in online financial transactions. Recognizing the opportunity to apply this capability to enterprise business, Max and Andrew swiftly founded WorkFusion and dedicated the company to transforming knowledge work in the same way that Amazon Web Services transformed computing.
