We invest in Africa's brightest young people to lead and empower their countries. These Numbers Have Faces provides Leadership Loans to high achieving scholars from impoverished communities to attend top African universities. The loan is a social impact loan and when a student graduates, a significant portion of their loan is forgiven. A graduate then reinvests the remaining portion of their loan back into the program for a new student behind them. Scholars understand that with this amazing gift comes the responsibility to pay it forward. These Numbers Have Faces students complete community service, leadership and entrepreneurship training, and are welcomed into a supportive family of friends.
