Orbis was not created to replace traditional education. We believe in the educational and social value of the traditional college experience. Our philosophy centers on an alternative that breaks down the barriers and restrictions of today’s healthcare education while offering a viable solution to today’s nursing shortage. It is difficult, and expensive, for universities to expand their programs at the rate necessary to combat growing workforce shortages. Healthcare organizations cannot expand (and in some cases sustain operations) without qualified and competent healthcare workers. Orbis offers an alternative for qualified students to receive quality healthcare education. Our collaborative education solutions give these students an avenue to receive the same level of education offered in traditional settings, delivered in a non-traditional manner. The end result is a well-educated graduate with superior clinical skills. As a company, and as individuals, we value honesty, transparency, integrity, and mutual respect. We are committed to our students and partners and have a passion for educational excellence. We hold ourselves accountable to our partners, employees, students, and shareholders by providing tangible results and striving for the highest quality possible.
