Novoville is a free application for smartphones (iPhone, Android) that allows citizens to report in a simple and quick manner issues of public interest using their mobile phones wherever they are. Potholes, broken signs and street lights, water leaks, overgrown plants and so many other issues we come across every day can now be reported, tracked and solved!
At the same time, authorities have a powerful web dashboard which allows them to connect with citizens individually, manage their requests in real time and process their payments seamlessly, automate internal business processes and make informed decisions based on real data, while minimising costs.
Using Novoville we not only help our cities and neighborhoods, but also the municipal and other authorities to improve their operational/response systems, become more efficient and work hand-in-hand with citizens to improve the areas in which we live and work.
