theBASE FOL Group GmbH is a technology enabled real estate investment and development company based in Berlin, which is going to revolutionize the way people choose to live, work and play by providing unique shared Co-Living spaces. Doing so, we enable young professionals to rent co-living apartments in big cities affordably and hassle free while increasing the lease value of property owners on the same side. At The Base our vision is to shape the future of living to combat urban loneliness. We do so by creating unique co-living spaces all over the world that empower togetherness. Places that unite, inspire and form the ideal base to experience fulfilled living. Here, strong bonds are formed and new stories are written. With us, you live, belong and grow. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Berlin. We are currently developing coliving spaces in Berlin & Munich with 320 & 156 apartments, a variety of shared community spaces and our own F&B area. But this is just the beginning - thanks to our real estate partners, we have multiple projects in our pipeline in other major German cities. We aim to become the leading global co-living provider - with our community always at the forefront.
