Eupnoos is a digital therapeutics company developing the world’s first medical-grade app-based smartphone platform for clinical lung function tests such as spirometry for expiratory and inspiratory flow measurements along with symptom guided assessments. The aggregated and longitudinal data is interpreted to stage the patient, guide treatment decisions and measure response in chronic asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Our platform is based on smartphone agnostic state-of-the-art electroacoustic signal processing and artificial intelligence making it highly scalable and transferable to any mobile device. As we don’t require any hardware apart from the patient already owns nor are we dependant on consumables, the Eupnoos platform remains true it’s mission of being completely waste free. The platform feature set and user experience is developed in close collaboration with patients and clinicians. It empowers patients and providers to better manage disease progression by providing new digital opportunities for continuous care. Our healthcare dashboard integrates into routine clinical workflows to achieve holistic patient care and real impact. More than 800 million people suffer from asthma and COPD globally and a large group of patients are undiagnosed or not properly medicated, leading to decreased quality of life, impaired job readiness, and elevated risks of comorbidities and mortality. Our vision is to truly enable early intervention and cost-effective management of chronic lung conditions by offering breakthrough digital health solutions to enable physicians to tailor and optimize care and empower patients to live their best possible lives.
