We have created a movement around a peer-to-peer anti-corruption democracy app. The movement began in Argentina when DemocracyOS founders Santiago Siri and Pia Mancini started the NET political party, where a revolution in disintermediating technology met a revolution in participatory governance called liquid democracy. We believe that distributed ledger technology is the key to transforming the underlying institutions that are producing the outcomes we see, including low participation, polarized endogamy, and eroded trust in governing institutions.
