Based on the open Eclipse Che project, Codenvy can be installed behind a corporate firewall, in a private cloud or as SaaS at Codenvy.com. Codenvy has 50 employees and has raised $10M from Toba Capital and Auriga Ventures.
Codenvy has strategic partnerships with Microsoft, Red Hat and SAP and has a seat on the Eclipse Foundation board.
