CLP comprises of artists and engineers striving to reduce harmful impacts in our environment. Our current focus is to design and implement plastic recycling processes in response to consumer 3D printing, and promoting awareness of cradle to cradle ideas in the home, in the community, and in the world. Personal 3D printing, in conjunction with in-house recycling of the plastics used, are poised to change the consumption patterns of the general public. CLP strives to decentralize the way resources are recycled by enhancing current recycling infrastructure to enable localized commodity outputs rather than forcing materials to be outsourced into other markets. CLP will contribute additional input in the pervading discussion of how we can maintain the one home we all share: Earth.
