Clarion Events is an independent exhibition and events business in the UK with a portfolio of 30 business and consumer shows. Its best known shows include the ‘Top Drawer’ giftware trade shows and the ‘Fine Arts & Antiques’, ‘Baby’, ‘Caravan & Outdoor’ and ‘House & Garden’ consumer shows.
Clarion was sold to Veronis Suhler Stevenson for £120.5 million in February 2008, a return on investment of 2.5x and a 33% gross IRR.
