Clarendon Fund Managers is a venture capital fund manager based in Belfast. We manage Co-Fund NI, a £47 million equity fund, funded by Invest NI and British Business Investments, that will co-invest in deals led by business angels and other private investors. To date, we have invested £31m in multiple funding rounds into 82 companies, along with matching private investment of £67m. In addition Clarendon Fund Managers manages HBAN Ulster, the Halo & Business Angel Network in Northern Ireland. HBAN is the trusted network for business angels on the island of Ireland. Since its inception in 2019, HBAN Ulster has facilitated investment into 40 local companies, leveraging £8.4m of angel funding with round sizes totalling £38.5m. We are continuing to match investors with qualified pre-screened investment opportunities through our pitching events, online deal flow management platform and personal introductions.
